How to buy?
The Paintings page is where you will find Kateryna's artworks. For the full painting details, or to purchase the work, please click on the image where you can find further information. By clicking "ADD TO CART" the artwork will be added to your basket. From here you can complete your order and we will contact you to arrange payment and delivery.
How can I pay?
After placing your order, we will contact you within 24 hours to arrange payment. We accept various payment methods including bank transfers, credit cards, PayPal, and cash for pickup in Geneva. Payment is confirmed before shipping or pickup.
What shipping careers are used? Who will deliver my order?
Swiss post is used to ensure that your products get to you quickly and without damage.
Where do you ship to? International Shipping?
Artworks are shipped everywhere! International shipping charges do not include the possible import duties or taxes that are due upon entry into the destination country. Alternatively, you can arrange pickup in Geneva to view the painting in person before purchasing.
How will my painting be packaged?
The packaging is designed to protect your painting. Extreme care is put in the shipping process and the way each artwork is wrapped up. Depending on the size, the paintings are boxed flat or rolled in a mailing tube.
Shipping & Delivery Time?
The paintings are shipped within 2 days after payment is confirmed.
Can I cancel or return my painting's order?
You can cancel your order at any time within 24 hours of order placement. Get in touch in the Contact page and the order will be cancelled right away. Due to the nature of the product, it's not possible to change or return orders.
